The staff was very kind, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay, which we truly appreciated. Unfortunately, the hotel itself did not meet our expectations for a 4-star property. The room was much smaller than advertised, and the bathroom was extremely cramped and uncomfortable to use. The pillows were uncomfortable, the air conditioning was weak, and the room was very noisy due to outside street activity. We were also disappointed by the extra charges for basic services and some confusing pricing during our stay. The hotel’s biggest advantage is its convenient location near the train station. Overall, while the staff was excellent, we would not stay here again because we did not feel the accommodations and value matched the price we paid.

Did not have the necessary toiletries. When we asked the staff if we can leave our bags until we come back to the hotel they left unattended bags next to the lift where anyone can literally have access which is unacceptable. They also charged me for something that we did not have, and lying that they cannot find my booking to get the refund back.
