Good customer service.

I’m taking the time to write this review to commend all the staff at The Ferra Premier. It was me and my partner’s 2nd time in Boracay (May 2026) and we were lucky enough to find this hotel via Expedia. Aside from the beautiful amenities from pictures of previous reviews, I noticed that the staff’s hospitality is always mentioned. And that’s exactly what they proved to us, too during our stay. What we loved about Ferra: ✔️ Proximity to D-Mall and Bulabog Beach, about a 5-10 minute walk ✔️ Close enough to the popular destinations but not located in the busiest areas where it tends to be overcrowded, noisy, and overwhelming ✔️ Super smooth and easy check-in. We didn’t have to call prior to arrival ✔️ Easy access to clean, drinking water. They have a water dispenser in the dining area ✔️ Cleanliness and neatness of the room. We paid a little extra for the loft and it was 100% worth it. They also replenished amenities daily ✔️ Staff’s ability to quickly respond to requests and resolve concerns. We had a slight wi-fi issue on our last 2 days but they immediately sent their IT personnel to fix it ✔️ All the staff, from the front office, maintenance personnel, housekeeping, and the guards, were just so welcoming and friendly throughout P.S. we weren’t able to try their food but I hear it’s good! If you’re reading this, I hope my review helps you decide to visit Ferra. Thank you so much! 🌺

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We did a boat tour that was recommended and we loved it! The free breakfast was delicious. They welcomed us with warm smiles and complimentary beverage. D mall is only a 5 minute walk and there is a beach around the corner from the hotel that is not as crowded.

Room and staff were great

Fantastic room, great location and Amazing staff. Ate breakfast at both locations and it was tasty. They arranged a scooter rental and transfer to airport. Really enjoyed the property was a fantastic experience.

Great venue and staff. Especially thankful for hotel staff being thoughtful enough to have preparations made for my fiancé's birthday.

Friendly staff

Rooms are wet small, so if you are 2 people with suitcases you will be constantly opening and then closing your cases. Bathroom is also very small Big plus is cleanliness and all staff

Location was Central and close to the beach. Areas convenient lots of restaurants and close to the Dmall, everything within a 5-minute walking distance. Staff friendly and helpful. When was clean. Bathroom clean, needs a few maintenance update. Faucet was and a loose tile in the shower. But that could be fixed easily. You can hear quite a bit in the hallway so if you're a light sleeper you may wake up if other guests are loud. Overall place was good to stay. Cost effective and very friendly staff. Would stay here again.
