The breakfast was adequate and complete. The staff was very friendly and upgraded our room to one with the spectacular view of Central Florence. Definitely an adequate hotel at a great price!

This hotel ended up costing us way more as we had to take taxi everywhere. Not a good location and Florence had very limited taxi. Hotel didn’t have any amenities. Not worth the stay.

Great spot outside of the city center. Nothing fancy but the bed was comfy and they had a great lobby to hang out in.

I was dissapointed there was no mini fridge to store water in. There was a lot of wear and tear on the floor and some walls. Internet only worked in 1 spot in my room. Lifts were temperamental. Given the location and these caveats i didnt think it was worth the money i paid.

It was easy to get around the city from here. The only thing was the elevator was out of order as they were redoing the decals on the inside and that made getting to and from the 5th floor challenging. At least when we e checked in and out they were fully functional. Staff were amazing.
