Fantastisk This room was very clean, large, comfortable, and I had one of the best views I have had in all of my travels in Japan. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. I didn't take advantage of breakfast or the parking so I can't speak to those. I really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely be back to Nagasaki and this hotel on my next trip. Thank you to the staff for all of your hard work.

What a gem of a Hotel and a bargain. The staff are fantastic and the rooms and lobby are high class. The location is central and parking on site. I would love to come back one day, thank you for looking after me. Also the 24hr Family Mart on one corner of the Hotel was handy.

Fantastisk It’s actually a very nice hotel. I was just annoyed that they lied to me when I wanted an early check in at 12:00. I was moving from one hotel 500 meters away, so I should have negotiated it from before checking out at the other. Because arriving with bags announces commitment, and gives them the advantage to squeeze money out of you. They wanted 20,000 per extra hour for the early check at 1pm. I refused so they reduced it to 30,000 for 2 hours. I was so tired I had to accept. But I didn’t feel good about it and would not stay again at a hotel that squeezes dollars out of you.

The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The buffet breakfast is delicious and has a wonderful view of the train station and the area surrounding it. It isn't located near the major tourist spots, but it is right next to a bus and tram station that can get you there in a reasonable amount of time at a reasonable rate.

Loved this hotel in Nagasaki! Location is great—can easily reach this hotel from the airport- the bus stop is right outside the hotel. The hotel is also a 10 minute walk from the train station. The tram stop is also right outside the hotel. Our room was large for Japan, the staff were wonderful, and the public onsen, with sauna and soaking tubs, was modern and sparkling clean. Loved the view from the 10th floor. Quiet and safe. We had a lovely meal at the small Japanese restaurant on the 1st floor. Will stay here again. Highly recommend!
