Absolutely fabulous! The room was spotless, pleasant, and spacious. The hotel is conveniently located near the main train station, which makes the entire city easily accessible. Many of the city's historical, cultural and food destinations are within walking distance, and others are a short ride away by the trams or buses. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with many great Japanese and Western options. But what made this stay special is the staff - welcoming, helpful and caring. A delightful experience.

It's a beautiful hotel so conveniently located next to the Nagasaki station. We enjoyed the spacious room, modern design and fantastic view. The breakfast was absolutely delicious abd staff couldn't be nicer.

The Staff are very friendly,hospitable and accommodating on all my queries. Thank you Antonio and Ojima san.The room is very clean and smells good including the lobby and receiving area. Wide spread of breakfast.I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you Marriot Team

Our twin bed room was quite spacious compared to traditional Japanese hotels. Room was very clean, everything was comfortable. We stayed only two nights, so eco room cleaning was fine. All staff were very helpful and courteous. Location is great. Right next to the train station and department stores. A variety of food options at the train station or the department stores if you don't want to travel to a restaurant.
