Location was nice. Staff was very nice. The room was just a bit run down. No complimentary water in room either.

Budget friendly hotel near Sm Clark. No shuttle bus to get around. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and accomodating. There was an issue with the cable tv and it was fixed asap. The bed was comfortable but was too noisy when you moved. Also, you can hear noises from outside like the tricyles, cars, and people outside. Aircon was cold and in good working condition.

This was fraud. They were nothing like they presented themselves to be: false photos on the website, dirty linen and towels strewn in the hallways. Very poor lighting. Unprofessional staff pretending to cancel my reservation when along they were just delaying us until the pending transaction went thru. It was undoubtedly the worst accommodations I’ve experienced in my entire life. They do not deserve to be on Expedia. Send representatives to see for your self. Reprehensible!!

The property was great, friendly staff and they were always helpful!! Only issue with the room was there was no kitchenette (stove) and the refrigerator was tiny. Outside of that, the stay was great
