Location was excellent in the old quarter and just around the corner from Hoan Kiem Lake.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was superb and the view from the top floor restaurant was amazing.

The hotel is very old and smelly. The pillow and bed have bad smell. We booked room with breakfast. The breakfast do not have much of choices. And the staff dint refill when the food is finished. I saw the other guests also dissatisfied with their services.

A good central location very close to the lake especially for the weekend when the traffic is stopped and everyone comes out to play.all ages get involved near to all bars and restaurants

God Perfect location to walk around old quarter. Room Cleanliness need to improve especially toilet. Passion fruits were served in breakfast without washing the skin, it was really dirty when I clean it with tissue. Overall cleanliness was a main concern!
