I had a pleasant stay overall. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, shops, and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. There were a few minor areas that could be improved, but they didn't significantly affect my experience. The facilities were well maintained, and the atmosphere was relaxing. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and the tram station, making it very easy to explore Istanbul. The room was clean, comfortable, and serviced every day. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. They made me feel at home throughout my stay. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices. The hotel was quiet, the Wi-Fi worked well, and everything was well organized. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. It offers great value for money, outstanding service, and a perfect location. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable!

Heavy rain, flooded streets, resulted in a pipe failure of some sort, loss of water to rooms, fixed reasonably quickly. Street scape is not high end, if you want a nicer neighbourhood you will pay more. A short but steep 10 mins walk to the light rail/ tram line. Restaurants close by. Overall, good value for money, recommended.

Breakfast was amazing. I asked for menemen and they provided! staff was very helpful with assisting us with any concerns and directions. very kind people. clean property. clean room. rooms are a little small but we didn’t care much for that. location is prime location but it is up a hill.

The overnight staff Erene was really friendly and helpful. We arrived at the hotel very early in the morning and Erene invited us to have breakfast while he was making arrangements to get our room ready. We finally got into our room at 10:30 AM instead of the usual 2:00 PM. Breakfast was diverse and we enjoyed it every morning before heading out to town. The neighborhood is a little hilly but just a few minutes walk from the main attractions. Our four nights stay was uneventful. We will stay there again. Thank you Erene.

The hotel and staff are amazing.. room was amaculately clean.. spot on.. Only one thing I wish was different would be variety in breakfast.. nevertheless, great stay, great staff.. would book again to stay and would recommend.. Top tip: property is 8min walk ( we had baby buggy) uphill then downhill to blue mosque so has great transportation all around. We booked the Junior suite, great spacious area
