This was a last minute reservation that worked out perfectly. The outside is simple yet sophisticated and the rooms were very clean. I would stay here again and recommend it to a friend.

The room is very small and dark! There’s no room services 2 bottles water for 4 nights. I call for a new towels on the 3 nights because they don’t do room service, the front desk told me to go down and get it ourselves.

Well, I expected a different hotel. It doesn’t have any crystal as it’s name suggests. On the contrary. The rooms are horrible!! Too small, uncomfortable and the windows had a strange glass that stopped the view from being effective. No view at all. Breakfast is ok for Asians. Nothing to choose for us!
