We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The room was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for exploring the city.
The only downside was the room size. For a family of three, it felt quite small, especially with large luggage. There was very little space to move around, and opening our suitcases was a challenge. Travelers with multiple or large bags may find the room a bit cramped.
Other than that, everything was great. The hotel was clean, quiet, and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would recommend it to couples or light travelers, and we appreciated the excellent cleanliness and service.

Fantastisk This is our second time staying at this hotel.
Great location, close to subway and Dotonbori, plenty of shopping and dining options.
Staff is always from and they kept our luggage and allowed us to hang out in the lobby while we waited for our transportation to depart.
Room was clean and spacious, but the internet wasn’t strong enough, kept on dropping the Wi-Fi.

Close proximity to train stations and major places. Just a few mins walk to Dotonbori center. Hotel staff are super nice and accommodating, responsive to your concerns and request for assistance. Room is clean and serves the need for a comfortable place to rest and sleep after a day of adventure. Will we be back again to this hotel? Definitely!! Kudos to Smile Hotel Premium Osaka!
