Fantastisk
I like the cleanliness, and the area where has soda, water, and coffee machines and microwave, very convenient. The hotel price is very reasonable. I also like there is an air purifier in the room. This is one of the reason I will come back again. Things I don’t like about are the room is not soundproof, I could hear people talking and slamming doors. And when it’s raining, I could not sleep as the rain keep falling on the building and it created some annoying noise and I believe it’s due to the building structure. Overall, I like the hotel.

到着日は激しい雨だったので、心斎橋駅より遠く感じましたが、翌日歩いてみると、何処へでも便利な所だったのだと考えが変わりました。 １階のスペースがとても便利で役に立ちました。朝食バイキングは種類が多く良かったです。

A/C was pretty loud. Besides in the middle of Dontobori is not a nice area. I didn't like the buffet unfortunately and when I requested for more pillows the staff were irritated because I requested one more for my daughter. Price was good but everything in Osaka is the same price range

The last part of my extended stay I only stayed 4/5 days and moved on. The room as usual was comfortable and easy to get amenities and daily cleaning. Overall I found the staff easy to talk to, breakfast was slightly different every morning and laundry was convenient.

Very nice hotel, and a perfect location. Super cool sky bar with a great view of the city. Two free drinks per day and lots of extras included with this place. Tons of value.

Extended my stay longer. Really is bang for buck. Overall can’t find anything to complain about. Bed great Bath great Room clean a bit dated Air con cool and clean Big window Comfort pillows

I wasn’t sure what to expect but it’s super clean, spacious room, amenities are amazing. Like from 3pm to midnight there is a drink and cola station you can use freely. Lots of extra amenities and air conditioning is very cold, each room comes with a humidifier. Overall it was a great stay so much in fact we extended for the rest of our stay here. We opted in for the breakfast and can’t help but wonder how they make money on it as the price we paid via booking made it worthwhile. 30 different choices for several types of breakfast and oden too. Great stay will be coming back here more often in future
