The beds were rock hard and it felt like a bar was in the middle of the bed. The toilet was right up against a wall in front of you so it was hard to use. It was kinda clean I stepped on an earring backing that was left there before. Location was great you can look out the window and see all the happenings but if you are older and want silence it’s not for you and a bright light shines in the window the whole time from a large display. So it just depends what kind of experience you are looking for.

Staff were very helpful. Security was awesome! Amenities were great. They provide you with new toiletries everyday. Cons were that the rooms were small and food was the same everyday - except for one dish, you get the same breads, salad, sausage, scrambled egg, etc. I wish they'd change more dishes daily. After a week of eating the same breakfast, we'd just go there for bread and coffee then walk to the nearest restaurant. My tip is, if you'll be staying for several days, don't get the free breakfast deal since you'd actually be paying for it anyway.

The double room is tiny. The mattress and pillows are awful. The hotel is okay if you only need a place to stay last minute. The location is excellent though.

Very small rooms, but serves its purpose to sleep. Clean rooms and great location, close to one of Tokyo’s main train stations (Shinjuku) lots of options to eat and entertain.

The rooms are very tiny for the price. The buffet was terrible so don’t bother. You’re better off getting breakfast at 711 or Starbucks
