Fantastisk This hotel is conveniently located near Tokyo Station and a couple of other metro lines near by. The hotel is clean and the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is good enough. You can ride Keisei Access

I noticed a musty smell coming from the pillow, kind of like mildew or mold.

Great location, not a long walk from Tokyo station, and just a few blocks away from the Ginza line subway station. Staffs are very helpful. I was able to store my luggage pre check in and post check out. Room prices are not too bad considering the location. I would definitely stay here again.

Exceptional Location with Solid Peace of Mind
The Highlights
Unbeatable Location: Just a short, easy walk from Tokyo Station, making transit seamless.
Daily Convenience: Multiple convenience stores are located within 200 metres of the entrance.
Retail Heaven: Very close to major shopping districts, dining hubs, and department stores.
Structural Safety: Experienced a real-world earthquake during the stay; the building felt incredibly sturdy, safe, and secure.
The Downside
No Onsen: The hotel lacks a public hot spring bath, which would have been the perfect way to unwind after walking around Tokyo.
The Verdict
An excellent, highly reliable base for exploring Tokyo. It offers unmatched convenience and structural reassurance, missing only a traditional bathhouse experience to make it absolutely perfect.

Great location. The place is clean, and staff are friendly and speak English well. I also like the washing machines are available in the hotel. However, during my stay, there was one hotel guest hogged the washer for hours late at night. That was a bit annoying.
