I got BED BUGS. And the property REFUSED to reimburse me. Bed bugs. I had to book another hotel. I had to throw away my clothes Unbelievable

Great amazing staff. Clean nice rooms with good service. Main AC in Lobby not working. Main Elevators not working . On googel said complimentary parking and breakfast however we got charged. No complimentary coffee in the morning. VERY FAR from center avarge cab 25 euro to center. Doggie naiberhood as at night they lock down the hotel with metal gates.... felt like a dog in a cage. This is not a hotel for tourism it is better if you are in town on biz. Will not return as it was not up to par with a good vacation hotel. once more the staff 5 stars.

Lovely hotel for a quick overnight stay. Spacious, clean, great breakfast. I would recommend. Only downside was the elevator inside wasn’t working and it was very hot and you had to go out the building to get one if you needed it for luggage.

I stay at king suit with terrace, room is big and modern with excellent bad and shower .. very happy with room , neighborhood is little out of city and not walkable to anywhere.. but if come with car it’s very convenient and there is easy access parking at hotel .. probably it will be my regular hotel at Milan . I recommend it definitely if you don’t care about location.

Very spacious rooms, calm, clean and well furnished, huge bed and comfortable mattress. Staff are polite caring and super helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and always asking if you are ok. Very dog friendly, welcomed in all areas so made breakfast and dinner easy to navigate.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again , it was clean, my suite was big, nice bathroom and the staff was very friendly, especially LEO at front desk , he recommended some good spots and and how to get to Venice. My only issue was that the price that was quoted on Expedia was different than what I paid when I checked in , it's was over $100 more and that was very disappointing.
