Very impressed with the staff helpfulness, buffet breakfast selection was great and location to Shimbashi was excellent. Would stay here again

Daiichi Hotel Tokyo is an excellent property, and our stay was terrific all around. The property is within walking distance to the heart of Ginza, and is also very close to Shimbashi Station - making access to either the Tokyo Metro or the JR train lines very convenient. The property itself is adorned in a European flair in the common areas and in certain elements in the room. Our room was clean and comfortable, with ample space. We enjoyed the breakfast options that were offered (either buffet or seated set menu), and the food quality was excellent. A clear highlight was the staff - every person we encountered was extraordinarily courteous and made us feel very welcomed as visitors. Among the many properties that we have stayed at in Tokyo, this was by far one of the best - a luxury feel with an outstanding staff and incredible convenience. We are already planning to stay at the Daiichi Hotel Tokyo for our next visit to Japan.

Excellent and attentive staff taking care of every aspect of our stay from luggage to helping with taxi. The level of care is truly industry leading. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Absolutely enjoyed our stay!

Amazing location for your first trip to Japan. Right near the train station and 1 block away from the restaurant district. I highly recommend this hotel as it is reasonably priced for the area and right near to the posh shopping district.

Spent 2 weeks at the hotel with my 2 daughters. Fantastic stay. Hotel was wonderful. Clean, classy and staff was amazing. Hotel is in a great location. 3 minute walk to train station. We went all throughout Tokyo and several 1-3 hour day trips outside Tokyo. If you have not been to Tokyo before, proximity to a train station is key. Would not have done anything differently and would 100% stay here again.

Beautiful property and grest location. Shinbashi station is near by and so many restaurants and cafes are within walking distance.

Stayed here many times. Love it. Great staff. Concierge, housekeeping, front desk all really good. Would recommend.

I love this hotel. It’s close to the train and subway stations, roomy bathroom and room, and good customer service. Just a little noisy of trains and Shinkansen because the rail tracks are right front of the hotel.
