Amazing staff.. the ones at the restaurant were extremely helpful. The hotel is basic and tired . At the same time time it is clean, the beds are comfortable and the heater works well inspite of no aircon.

The room was clean and tidy. The transfer of noise from the occupants in the above room was annoying when children were not under control which went on until well after 9.30pm. The reception staff were prompt in sorting the issue out and contact us afterwards to inform us. Issue resolved smartly. Great breakfast which catered for all young and old. Great to have covered parking this time of the year. Lovely view from the balcony to.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Copthorne Hotel and Apartments Queenstown Lakeview. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and well looked after. Our room on a higher floor was spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, but the real highlight was the breathtaking lake and mountain views right from our private balcony— truly unforgettable. The location is perfect: close enough to walk into town, yet peaceful and quiet for a relaxing stay. We loved how easy it was to explore Queenstown’s attractions, restaurants, and scenic spots. The on-site facilities were well maintained, and everything we needed was readily available. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way: excellent service, beautiful views, and great value. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Queenstown.

Rooms and hotel very run down photos online do not represent what the rooms and hotel are really like. Shower old and useless moved rooms new room only slightly better. Only small heater on wall which was dangerous to have on because of young kids. Big stairs to access lift to rooms difficult with pram staff helpful but only so much they can do. Bed was comfy enough location good but most hotels are as queenstown is small. Apparently there is construction work currently on the hotel which is much needed but weren’t made aware of this until found leaflet on table in room.

Fantastisk
All was great. No complains. My friends and I were able to check in without much issues. We could see the mountain right outside our window when we woke up. Close drive to famous fergburger too, and we were able to get them to microwave our overnight food even though they didn't have an oven. Clean too, and we were able to check out with no hassle.
