Room and bathroom is clean. The morning market is not directly in front of the hotel, but less than 100 feet away. Location is superb. Walking distance to the morning market, night market, and to the river. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fruit and egg, but good enough for me. I would definitely stay here again for the cleanliness, budget, and location.

Fantastisk Very nice place to stay, near the morning market and night market. Plenty of food to eat around the villa. The staff is really nice and very good at communicating. The place is clean and well taken care of. There’s a hostel right next to villa which gets loud sometimes but other than that it’s really good place to stay

Good location very near the Mekong River, close enough to the night market and the main street. Basic, comfortable room, very inexpensive. Staff are friendly and helpful. Just a suggestion: Don't get the rate that includes breakfast. There are a lot of better places to get a proper breakfast. Overall a nice, comfortable guesthouse stay.

we stayed two nights, booked 2 rooms. room is nice, designed like local houses. very near the town center and market. the staff are so accommodating and helped us in our activities. they also speak english very well so we dont have problem communicating. all our request are attended immediately. definitely we highly recommend this guesthouse 👍
