Fantastisk
Perfect location - a couple of minutes from Taksim square (with all the public transport options there) - and a few steps from the airport buses to and from both IST and SAW airports. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Friendly and helpful staff. It is not a luxury hotel, and the room I stayed in could need an update. But bed was comfortable - cleaning was fine. The WiFi is unstable, both in the room and in the lobby. So - planning to do online work while staying in the hotel can be risky. OK breakfast buffet with plenty of choices. Breakfast room can be crowded at times. Would be happy to stay in the hotel again.

HOTEL WAS SMOKING HOTEL WAS VERY BAD WE COULDN'T STAY AT LL . WE LEFT AS SOON AS WE CHECK IN AND DIDN'T RECEIVED ANY REFUND . WE LOST MONEY FOR 4 NIGHTS

Advantages: Location is good just like any other hotel in the area. Disadvantages: Poor service, bad cleaning, very old building/furniture. I don’t recommend….
