Very sketchy area - police and military outside. Hotel very dated and pictures did not match room provided. Wifi didn’t work during our entire stay

Clean room, centrally located, many good restaurants around hotel, close to city transportation. In front of Garibaldi Plaza where alot of people congregate in the evenings.

This hotel is not worth the price. The description is misleading. The listing states that the rooms are soundproof, but this is simply not true. The hotel is near the train station, and the street-facing rooms are extremely noisy due to traffic, trams, ambulance sirens, and car horns. Even with closed windows and earplugs, I could barely sleep. After complaining, I was moved to another room, but the air conditioner there was malfunctioning. Initially, I was told there were no other available rooms, yet after the AC could not be fixed, another room suddenly became available and I was moved again. The third room was quieter because it faced the interior courtyard, but the balcony was completely unusable. It overlooked a roof covered with bird droppings, and the balcony itself was dirty and covered in bird waste. This was very different from the photos and not what I expected when booking a room with a balcony. Another issue was the shower. The water temperature constantly changed from hot to cold without warning, making it difficult to shower comfortably. Breakfast was acceptable but exactly the same every day. Overall, I spent part of my vacation dealing with noise, room changes, a broken air conditioner, and facilities that did not match the description. I would not recommend this hotel to travelers looking for a quiet or comfortable stay.

We travelled as a large family so needed two rooms. The hotel check in was easy and they were friendly and helpful. The rooms were okay, nothing special, one issue with the sink in the one room, the pipes under came unscrewed and was not connected so they brought up a bucket and they came up in the morning to fix it and just came in the room without knocking to see if anyone was there and boys were still sleeping and wife was in the shower so not ideal. The beds were comfortable and the staff was helpful otherwise. Not great but not bad.

Staff was super kind! They upgraded my room for free 💖 Area looks sketchy, but as soon as you walk in their doors you feel safe and welcome :)) Also, location is SUPER convenient since it's a short walk to Naples train station!

Clean rooms in a good location close to the main station. Ideal for an over-night stop.

Is not same as shown on the picture and describe on the website I would not refer this to stay again

Nice location, huge room, walkable, air conditioning

Great basic room. Could of been improved with a kettle or coffee maker but the coffee from machine in was great for 1€

The area did not feel safe. The traffic noise could be heard inside the room. The area around the hotel was dirty.
