Fantastisk
I really enjoyed our stay here- it’s an older place which makes it have character. You couldn’t ask for friendlier staff - the location with the hot springs just a small walk away through the bush was stunning. The beautiful scenery just really took my breath away. It really made it feel a pretty special place. The motel is not flash but units were warm and bed was comfy. Could do with some upgrades in the shower but that comes with the age. Pets are allowed. I liked this place. Thanks for having us

We arrived late. Staff reached out giving us self check-in instructions and left the aircon and lights on so the room was easy to find and warm in cold winter nights. Very thoughtful. We loved here last time visited as it was perfect for family with children. Kids stayed upstairs and there is nice spa. You can't beat the value for money here. Beds are comfy and good shower. Highly recommended.

The staff were warmly & friendly. The location is quiet and restful with beautiful surroundings. Close to town & scenic river walks. The hotel is very run down though. Creaky floors with thin walls. Shower was warm not hot. TV had great use of Apps to stream from my phone. Heat pump was lovely. I enjoyed my stay for the price I paid.

We’ve previously stayed at the Grandeur Thermal Spa Resort in a Chalet room and it was great! This time we booked a studio room and it was disappointing to what we had stayed in previously. It had everything you need in a studio room. But it was “run down” or “tired” compared to previously. The bathroom in particular was in need of some TLC. Overall it was a place to sleep, and it worked for what we needed for one night.
