Friendly and helpful staff members, not too far from the city centre (45 minutes walking) but the receptionist can book a taxi for you. Clean rooms

Very nice hotel and friendly, Access not simple if you can't get gps signal Well maintained and very clean. Breakfast good and well supported but other food service poor.

Clean, safe place to stay en route. Not a very walkable location as nearby streets lack sidewalks but with a car and easy parking it was an as expected location to stay when we didn’t make it as far as planned.

Great hotel and staff, if you rent a car - it will be amazing. If not, you may have some difficulty getting rides from city center, but can easily ask a restaurant or store to call a taxi if needed. Fantastic hotelstaff and very clean.

The location felt a bit iffy - in an industrial area. Yet it was easy to drive downtown for dinner. I’m not sure if there was bus service. If not, one would need a car or taxi. There were many offerings for breakfast, including eggs which we appreciated. The coffee however, came from a machine and had a weird taste.

This property was located away from downtown, which was great for a quiet neighborhood. Parking was ample and free. Breakfast had several options every morning and the staff were very friendly. Would recommend for anyone traveling to the region of Parma.
