The guy at breakfast was miserable, all the cups for coffee & tea were dirty. I bought it to his attention by putting the cups & saucers off to the side, he just put them back under the counter for use the next day. When I came for breakfast he makes a big deal of taking a cup out & washing it out for me in front of everyone there, guess this is one place I’ll not return too.

Room was great. Staff were very good. The hotel was well looked after. The gardens were good. The pool was excellent. Had breakfast every morning also very good. The perfect stay for my wife and I

the breakfast is awsome as is the swimming pool, great location but our bed was uncomfortable and having to climb over the bath to the shower is unsafe.

Delightful little place with a lovely pool. Unfortunately the water lost pressure twice over the three days that we were there, meaning we had no water to even wash our hands. Wifi was also constantly dropping, which most folk would find difficult. Staff were short at peak times over breakfast, and we felt very sorry for them - they could do with more support

Hotel was very good value and excellent location. Only ate hotel breakfast 2 days as preferred alternative in cafes close by. Excellent location and very friendly staff

I continue to return to this wonderful little place. It is a great 3 star hotel that is quiet and peaceful. As a single traveler I feel completely safe . It close to the beach and fantastic restaurants in the quiet end of Sanur.
