very convenient place to stay

The hotel was located in a very convenient location to Sultanahmet Square. Lots of traffic though. Please be careful. The staff were extremely helpful. They were probably some of the best I have met. The roof top patio was not set up. There was no bar. And the restaurant was around the corner. There were no laundry facilities as noted in the hotels.com post. For a fee, they will send your clothes out to be cleaned.

Room was cleaned everyday. Friendly staff. Small room but for us was what we needed. Will book again if we come we go to Istanbul again.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Good communication before I arrived via WhatsApp which made the airport transfer easy to arrange and the pickup directions were very clear. Excellent location in Sultanamet only minutes walk to major attractions. Good value. Also good advice on getting an early taxi to the airport when I left to beat the traffic.

This hotel has great potential, but unfortunately it’s not being fully realised. The location is excellent, with major attractions like Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque just a 10–15 minute walk away. There’s also a supermarket nearby, along with plenty of restaurants and souvenir shops within a few minutes’ walk. The staff were friendly and helpful, which was definitely a positive. However, the building itself is quite old and doesn’t seem to be well maintained. While the bed was made daily, it wasn’t always clear whether the room was properly cleaned. One thing to keep in mind: the hotel is close to other hotels and several restaurants, so it can get quite noisy—especially early in the morning and until 1am on weekends. If you’re a light sleeper or not a morning person, this might not be the best choice for you.

Room been clean and staff friendly. Close to the centre .

The hotel is a little shabby and rough around the edges, but we found it clean and comfortable and very reasonably priced. The staff were lovely and helpful. It's only a few minutes walk (up a steep hill!) from the center of the historical part of the city with the Blue Mosque and Grand Mosque etc. They organised a taxi/private shuttle for us from the airport when we landed and when we left again.
