Clean comfortable room with excellent staff. Very convenient for accessing airport for early and late flights.

We selected Novotel Bali Ngurah Rai airport hotel as we coming in after 20 hrs of travel. Reading some previous reviews, people had complained about the rooms being noisy. It's at an airport. What do you expect? However, what we found was that there was barely any noise able to be heard in our room, in the foyer, in the restaurant. Being at the airport, it is a great place to stay if you are arriving late or have to travel a longer distance before flying out. Novotel Bali is very comfortable. The rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast was excellent with so many choices of suits all tastes. I live having inlets when I travel and the one made for me here was one of the best I've had. I always ask for extra chilli and the chef listened... Staff also are very helpful and friendly, not only in the restaurant (and I'm sorry I didn't get their names for personal mentions) but also on reception. Nilam was especially helpful at reception. Courtyard, pool area, fish ponds, and plenty of space to move around and relax, despite being on airport ground. Don't expect a fancy resort beach. That's not what this place is. But if you want a good, relaxing, personable stay, I world definately suggest you consider this hotel before heading to other resorts in Bali or on your way home.

Perfect location for early morning flight

We found this property so convenient for our early morning flight to NZ. No need for early morning taxi rides, just get up, check out and walk to airport check in. Only issue was the Airport direct access wasn't open until 5 am so we had to walk around a different way but was not much longer. Recommended stay for late or early flights. David

Airport access was great. Signage getting from the airport to the hotel wasn't very clear, but after asking a few people, I found it. :) Breakfast options were great.

Friendly staff at check-in and breakfast. Breakfast buffet was delicious and incredibly varied. Perfect place for easy stopover super close to the airport

The rooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious with everything you would need. The breakfast was amazing with many options. I wanted to try them all! The staff were friendly and helpful

It was a great place to stay when arriving late to Bali. Very convenient right in the airport

I wouldn't look to stay here again. The hotel is not as nice as depicted. The rooms are a complete maze, very far from the lobby and very difficult to find your way around. For people with food allergies, ie gluten free / coeliac / intolerant, the menu is extremely poor, as is the understanding of staff. Breakfast was much better than the A La Carte.
