Hoteller i Kuta

God beliggenhed tæt på stranden, tæt på restauranter og Bintang Supermarket, næsten 30 minutters kørsel til lufthavnen. Personalet er generelt venligt og imødekommende.

The hotel service was excellent, and the front desk staff was very welcoming. While waiting for our room, they escorted us to the VIP room to enjoy tea, snacks, and coffee. The bed in the room was very large, extremely comfortable, and great for sleeping. Welcome fruit was provided in the room, and the soft drinks and Pringles in the minibar were complimentary. The slippers provided by the hotel were also stylish and could be taken home. The location is convenient, very close to the airport and shopping centers. The only area for improvement is that the gym is truly too small; other than that, everything else is highly recommended.

Pænt og rent, dejligt personale, der er meget hjælpsomme og venlige. Fantastisk beliggenhed lige i hjertet af Kuta. Lækker morgenmad og spisning.

Great location and overall a pleasant stay. The hotel is in a convenient spot and everything else was great. The bathroom could use a deeper clean, especially under the sink, where there was some mould and buildup. The sink also had a few cracks. Other than that, we had a great stay and enjoyed the hotel.

The swimming pool is the best, but unfortunately, the water isn't very clear, perhaps because it mixes with the beach sand. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my stay here.

Sindi, specifically, is a very attentive staff. She made sure that we are comfortable on our stay. The villa is nice, well maintained and is very spacious.

the staff are very accommodating, the location and amenities of the hotel are accessible and very beautiful. the offer delicious food at the buffet

The rooms are a bit dated, but I thought the large and deep swimming pool (160-165 cm) was fantastic. There is a coastal walking path in the back; unfortunately, it doesn't have direct access to the beach, but the sunset is still very beautiful. During my stay, the hotel happened to be hosting an event with evening performances and a small night market with food stalls, and the prices of the street food were quite reasonable.

nice design. spa experience is good. staff were nice. close to the beach and shops. aircon is good.
