Great value for price and large space. Building a little on the older side but fairly clean.

Helpful staff and great breakfast

Great location just a 3-minute walk to Bánh Mì 25, with a scooter rental and barber shop right next door. The AC worked well, the fridge (with freezer) & safe were a nice bonus, and the bed was clean and comfortable. You get two complimentary bottles of water per stay, and the minibar items are fairly priced if you use them. The bathroom was clean but a bit outdated. For a short two-night stay, it was perfectly fine. Amenities are basic the hand soap, shower gel, and shampoo are all the same product so if you’re coming from somewhere like Japan, you might want to pick up a few extras. There were a few minor wall stains from past rain or flooding, but that’s not unusual for the area and honestly adds a bit of local character. Just note that the walls, windows, and door are thin, so outside noise carries easily… including an early morning rooster that starts around 4–6am. Overall, for the price, this is a great value. I’d definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again. The front desk staff were especially kind and helpful they really made the experience better.

good hotel. a little rough around the edges but not bad. breakfast wasn't a buffet, you had to order from a small menu, personally for me it wasn't worth waking up for but it was included so that's fine. the shower pressure wasn't great but the bed was comfortable. I needed to sleep with an eye mask as the room lets in a lot of light at night. There's a convenience store right across from the entrance which is handy for grabbing drinks. The location is really good, walkable to everything and plenty of cafes/bars/restaurants nearby. staff were always friendly to us. I also appreciated having a kettle in the room to make tea/coffee whenever I wanted. overall a good hotel for the price.

Room clean but bed is too old and breakfast should starts earlier as sometime outing starts early have to rush

Had a lovely stay at the Golden Art Hotel! Main highlight was the staff - in particular Ben and Jasmine were both really helpful and smiley! The room was good, and cleaned daily which was great. Location is also superb - within 10 mins of most things in the old town! The breakfast was pretty good - mango pancakes were the highlight! It's quite a small hotel though, so there weren't tons of different options or tons of space for seating.

Clean rooms and good location. Staff was so helpful. Would stay again.

The building is very old and the hotel interiors need an update.

Jasmine and Simon were awesome, as well as the rest of the staff! Jasmine was a wealth of knowledge and had great recommendations. Fantastic location for walking to just about anything. The hotel is on a very quiet street too. Currency exchange at the front desk was also convenient. Breakfast was interesting, but not bad. Comfy bed. Highly recommended!
