Overall staff helped to their best abilities however the one time I allowed them to clean my room they left my room open until I came back about 8-10 hours later so I refused to allow them to clean my room again. The location is 8 min from the train station but it’s at least an hour to 45 min train ride to Disney, food shops, shopping places, and really anywhere fun, so I would recommend staying at a different location. It’s also located near a river so it’s colder here than most places in Tokyo

Stayed here for 10 nights. Staff were friendly, efficient, polite and kind. Room was of a good size and the bed was really comfortable. Bathroom was clean and well maintained. I would have no hesitation in recommending the hotel and would stay here again.
