Great location and beautiful staff. The pool bar however was hit and miss. One day I was told I had to leave a deposit at reception and another day I could simply book up the drinks to my room. Very confusing. Breakfast was ok, if a little repetitive. The bbq night was disappointing with only 1 small bbq. At 56yo staying on the 2nd to top floor with no elevator was torture. Overall though it's a nice place for families at a very good price.

Have stayed at Dewi Sri Hotel numerous times. We love the location, it is very close to the Bali Monument. Easy walk to Poppies 1 & 2. Staff are lovely with a low staff turnover. There is live music every day. We really enjoyed listening to it as we swam in the pool. We do go to bed around 9pm and sometimes they still have music on. If you prefer a bit more quiet then ask for a room away from the pool. The gardens are very spacious and well maintained. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast every morning. It wasn't huge but offered a few Indonesian dishes, eggs anyway. Pancakes, fresh fruit toast. Coffee and tea. The rooms are older but spacious. If you are pretty chilled out and want value for money this is great. We are in our 60's.

I complained about our family room having issues and we were moved to a standard room. I believe this room was a down grade as it did not have a kettle, tea, coffee, no hairdryer. I asked for these things and the staff told me not included because room is standard. Breakfast is to a poor standard. All other hotels I stayed at in the last 14 days had slippers, toothbrush, hairdryer, shampoo conditioner etc tea coffee and cups. I don’t understand the lack of detail for the guest at your hotel. The staff were so beautiful and did everything to make us feel welcomed. Grounds and rooms were well maintained. Thank you to all of the staff who worked there. To the owners please contact me if you wish to speak further about this matter.
