Wonderful stay. Great breakfast and the staff was fantastic.

I loved it!! This was an amazing hotel to start my trip with. It is affordable, clean, welcoming, easy to find, near all kinds of fun things, and the staff was so helpful! My only negative was the beds were really thin and uncomfortable… but, Japan tends to have that factor!! I still loved and I highly recommend.

Great Hotel, just minutes from a ton of things to do in Shibuya. The staff were extremely helpful, and every time we needed something they were able to accommodate. You can tell the building is a little older and the rooms are on the smaller side, but they were well maintained and clean. It helps that it’s so close to everything in Shibuya as well as various train stations so there was never any confusion to get anywhere. While we did not try the lunch buffet, we did try the breakfast buffet. It was a little pricey compared to other food on the area, but the food was great tasting and offered a large amount of both western and eastern dishes. Would recommend if you planned on eating there in the morning one day. Overall it was a really solid experience, and you just can’t beat the location and how great the staff were.
