This property is at a very good location with a nice beach and several clean pools. Personnel is fine. The property is also clean overall. However, its main restaurant was invaded by flies during our stay. It was not possible to enjoy the food, especially the dessert which was always covered by several flies. This indicates an insensitive management to sanitation.

Everything was amazing. Having an uncomfortable stomachache after every meal was unpleasant. I expected the food to be better. I hope this can be improved. If so, everything would be perfect. Thanks a lot for everything.

Luchia on guest relations was amazing lady and best customer service person ever dealt with. She helped sort maintenance issue that without her wouldn’t have got sorted so quickly and she’s very firmed it n sweet!!
