Room was older and ran down a bit but was comfortable. Pull out couch bed was old, uncomfortable and very very thin. The location of the hotel is central but in the hustle of everything at all hours of the day. Personally I will stay in a different area of London when i return.

The room was clean and so was the rest of the hotel. However we booked a room here because it said the rooms had AC and when we checked in we were told our room didn’t have AC and they didn’t have any rooms available with AC

We had a poor experience. The room was inadequate for 3 adults as advertised. pull out sofa could not accommodate an adult. AC was broken so room was very hot. Room also smelled. Hotel overall is old and worn. Needs renovation. We checked out after 30 minutes.

The room was lovely. And the location was wonderful. Upon check in, we were informed our room did not have AC. That wasn’t going to work for us so they moved us to another room, which turned out great, but why not do that in the first place? And why not ask about other options, or call us?

Hotel is in a great location. It's clean, comfortable, and the breakfast was good. The staff were particularly friendly and helpful: It was a hot day and the air-conditioning in our room wasn't working, so we were offered a discount and complimentary breakfast. Thank you!
