It’s ok, it’s not very clean and we reviewed a room without air conditioning during Londons hottest day. They did make it right but I wouldn’t waste my time staying here

Arrived at 4.15pm to be told the room wasn’t ready and air con not working in rooms but was working downstairs in the main areas. Told it was being fixed but it never was. Hardly slept as it was boiling hot in the room but no other options. Got up hoping for a cool shower to find the shower head wasn’t working either. Air con in the breakfast room was dripping all over the floor. Overall very dissatisfied given the cost.

Friendly staff, room wasn't particularly clean. Oddly lots of Staples on the floor. Stain on towel and pillowcase. Shower door runner was rusty and not clean. Breakfast was nice and good coffee

We stayed here for an event. Lovely stay. Comfortable. The room wasn’t ready when we arrived which made us rush to our event. Great location and quiet.

I liked this thistle better than the other thistle location I stayed in. It’s a bit bigger. AC is not up to typical American standards but the people were very friendly and it was clean and it was in an absolutely excellent location. Especially if you’re seeing anything at the Harold Pinter theater.

Very helpful and pleasant staff. Powerful walk in shower and kettle, mugs, coffee machine and fridge in room. Very quiet room in a central area though noise from adjoining rooms in the morning. Great value for money given location
