The hotel was steps from the train station which was incredibly convenient given the amount of luggage we were carrying as a family of four with adult children. We were able to drop our bags and immediately stretch our legs, explore, grab lunch while we waited for our room to be ready. The hotel manager (I can't recall her name) was an absolute delight. We were offered two small single rooms for our adult children instead of the double room we had booked for them. We agreed to the smaller rooms and in return the hotel provided free breakfast for all four of us the next morning. We were also sent a bottle of prosecco which we enjoyed in the pretty, quiet courtyard - a nice retreat from the crowded streets. At departure, the hotel helped arrange a water taxi to the airport - again, steps from the hotel door. It's more expensive than a regular taxi but by far the greatest commute to any airport I've ever experienced and well worth the money. Overall, great stay. Highly recommend!

Very clean and maintained well! Location was great. Next to train station and water bus access. If you needed reservations for anything, front desk staff made them. Close to very nice restaurants one we loved was Riverside Note. Also Porter service by Hossain Junaeid +39 389.8522675 if you take a taxi to the area and need assistance with baggage. Private water transfer to door from airport directly to hotel is available just ask when you book.

Excellent location. Close to train and many attractions and restaurants. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Room was surprisingly spacious for Europe. Would recommend this hotel

Great location and the room was clean. The AC didn't blow cold and we had mosquitoes in the room. Stayed up most the night getting bit. When I informed the front desk, he didn't seem surprised.
