The hotel is a little distance away from the town center, but the shuttle service is nice to have. It’s only steps away from the amazing Giardini di Villa Melzi and walking through the garden brings you right at the town center which is wonderful.
The breakfast is very nice and the staff here are very friendly and helpful. One tiny little complaint is our room is at the attic, not only very hot, but also smelly, in particular the bathroom. Some renovation maybe ideal for the furniture.

Beautiful property and the staff was friendly and helpful. All wonderful BUT don’t get rooms on the top floor- under the roof because it was very hot and air conditioning hardly helped.

The property was a good experience! The room was always cold. The staff was always very helpful. The property has an amazing outdoor dining/patio and indoor dining view of the lake and mountain backdrop. The bus conveniently stops in front of the hotel so public transportation was always available. The downtown area was an easy ten minute walk. A great value!

We had a wonderful stay at Don Ferrante. The hotel is beautiful, very well maintained, and enjoys a fantastic location with stunning views over Lake Como.
The entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Bianca at reception, who made us feel at home from the moment we arrived.
We also had lunch at the hotel's restaurant, which recently opened, and it exceeded our expectations. The food was absolutely delicious, made with high-quality ingredients, beautifully presented, and the lake views made the experience even more memorable.
Our room wasn't particularly large, but it was very comfortable and had a lovely balcony overlooking the lake.
Overall, we had an excellent experience and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended.

The hotel is amazing!!! The view is beautiful. The service was very good. The restaurants that belong to the hotel inside the city are very good and the prices too. The breakfast is delicious and view from there is incredible!!!The room is a little small but nice. I recommend 💯 the hotel.
