We didn't realize when we booked that this was an Air B & B. No matter, it was clean and very spacious. The room was great, and it was so well air conditioned — which really mattered during the heat wave! This was my first time to spend the night in Pisa, and I wasn't familiar with the neighborhood where the room was located. For an American it could give a vibe of being in a less than safe part of town — but that vibe would be wrong! We walked around a lot and the area is very safe, and very central. There is a little cafe on the corner that was great. The owner of the room was very helpful, and we loved the shared kitchen / dining area with plenty of space in the fridge to keep our drinks cold.

Appartamento molto pulito, moderno e ben curato. Gli spazi sono confortevoli e arredati con gusto, perfetti per un soggiorno piacevole. Host molto gentile e disponibile. Lo consiglio sicuramente.

If you are needing accommodation near to Pisa Airport or Train Station this hotel is in a fantastic location within a short walk to either. It was great for a short stop over after arriving at the airport and Federico was on hand to manage a simple check in. I would certainly stay again in the future if flying to or from Pisa.

Ac in room, shared common room. Private bathroom. Super responsive and is flexible with arrival time.

Friendly and polite host. We came an hour early, called him and he popped up in just 5 minutes. The room is clean and new, everything was fine and we enjoyed the stay.

Nice apartment close to airport and train station. Everything is in walking distance. Room was comfortable and clean.

This place is a guest house, you book a bedroom and have access to a table and a Small kitchenette and microwave oven. Every room has a private bathroom and TV, but no TV services. Federico is very responsive and friendly, there’s a parking lot nearby and the area is very safe at night.

Host was amazing! He was very responsive and accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was nice. Highly recommend and would stay again!

Excellent all around. Conveniently walking distance from airport. Terrific host and pleasant atmosphere and accommodation. Would definitely use again.
