Very clean, newly renovated hotel. The staff were wonderful and it was right in the heart of Amalfi town. We stayed with 2 kids and it was very spacious. Good value hotel. Special thanks to Luisa and the gentleman that serves breakfast.

Beautiful stay right next door to the cathedral. Lots of steps at the entry but the staff was wonderfully helpful. The whole hotel was sparkling clean. Room was adequate (on the smaller side as most European hotels). Breakfast was really really good with lots of variety. Would definitely recommend!!

I loved this place. The staff are so warm and helpful. It is very clean and our room was perfect. The hotel was located in an ideal location. It is absolutely wonderful.

Right in the middle of the action, but no noise to speak of. Breakfast was plentiful and the staff kept everything tidy and refilled throughout. The front desk staff were very helpful in booking transportation and activities. Overall a great stay.

Overall, we had a very good stay. The hotel was nice, the room was spacious and clean, breakfast was great, and the area was fantastic. The staff was also very kind and friendly throughout our stay. The only downside was that the “front of property” description and photos on Expedia could be a little misleading. Since they show large pictures of the cathedral next to the hotel, we honestly thought the entrance was somewhere up there. We even went all the way up the cathedral stairs trying to find it, only to realize the entrance was actually next to it. The small door is hard to notice in the photos, especially because most guests will not be arriving from that same angle shown in the pictures. We believe it would help future guests if the hotel added clearer directions and more accurate entrance photos on Expedia. Besides that, everything else was great and we enjoyed our stay.

The staff was great. It’s located right in the square and very convenient! The stay was great I would go there again.

Needs to improve the buffet

Location is good and it’s newly renovated. Breakfast was included and the staff is helpful scheduling transportation to Positano or Revello. The days we were here there were many Ferry cancellations seemingly due to rough wave action on the various docs. The big boats could ride the waves better but it’s the docking experience seems to be a challenge during large swells in the ocean. The hotel was excellent in helping to create the backup plans.
