It was worthwhile visit. Friendly and accommodating staff.

It was a clean room, breakfast not much selection, staff have to use google translate to communicate in English which works because I have booked for a room with balcony however they were able to give it because it was not available, but this was explained to me until I was in the room, hence needing a google translate to explain why it wasn’t provided. I didn’t demand further as I was led onto the room already and having a two way conversation is really hard. The day before I check in, I messaged them regarding an earlier check in but no reply. I’m ok that they have given me a room on earlier check in but just disappointed that there’s no window at all.

We had a very comfortable one night stay at the Success Airport Hotel. The room was large, everything felt new and clean. The AC worked great. The staff were kind and helpful setting up a ride to the airport that came right on time.

Staff was very helpful. The owner of the hotel is very very kind and humble feels like that's your friend you know him from long time. Arrange city tour with his own staff . Was excellent. I enjoyed very much. Covered all tourist points. Breakfast is order to make. So fresh and hot.👍 I extremely appreciate the staff and the owner of the property. Definitely i recommend this hotel. Its 10 out of 10 . 👍👍

this hotel is perfect if you have an early flight out the next morning. it's about a 9min ride to and from the noi bai airport. we arrived later in the evening and the nice young gentleman at the front desk checked us in. it was quick and easy. our room had a king bed with a balcony. the FD person was so nice to run up and make sure we know how to unlock/lock the balcony doors (there was a specific way to do it.... the bathroom is spacious with soap/shampoo/conditioner, as well as shower slippers. it is a wet bath and it would be have great if there was a squeegee available so the floor would not be as wet after showing. we had to head out first thing in the morning and didn't get a chance to take advantage of the cooked to order breakfast...but it smelled really good in the lobby as we headed out. overall, the rooms were clean, the staff are very friendly & helpful and it's super close to the airport!

The room was clean and comfortable.It was nice and close to the airport. Exactly what we needed.

We had a booking for this hotel for many months but when we arrived at the hotel were taken to another hotel while being told it was the same property. Very strange setup, smelly room with window into the hallway for reasons that were not self evident. The hotel we stayed in was Hotel Haap and I would not recommend it or Success Airport Hotel either.
