Nice clean hotel, but located on a major very noisy street with difficult access, especially for older customers. Neighborhood is NOT walkable and seems very unfriendly to visitors. Breakfast is expensive ($20.00) with mostly sugary pastries and salty pickled/preserved products - who really needs a dozen kinds of salty olives for breakfast? Staff members are mostly friendly and helpful. I would give it 4.5 stars if I could, but not 5.

This hotel is amazing, and the staff are truly fabulous. I will never forget this hotel, especially the housekeeping team, who are honest, caring, and highly professional in the way they treat their guests. I will definitely keep coming back every time I visit Türkiye.

Loved this hotel soooo chilled an relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast was really good had everything breads cereals fruits then during the day they had teas/coffees cakes snacks sweets free. Location was excellent buses metro a shopping centre 10 min walk had endless shops an a convenience shop open till very late … then bonus was a bus to Istanbul airport few minute walk from hotel was sooo handy. Check in/check out was easy .. overall amazing stay

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. I stayed here for more than a week and had a very pleasant experience. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. The rooms were modern, quiet, and very clean. The soundproof rooms were very important for me and helped me rest well. There is also a bus and metro station right in front of the hotel, which makes transportation very convenient. When I asked to change my room to another floor, the staff kindly helped me and quickly arranged it. Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

When I was booking this hotel I did not realize how wonderful it was. It is like you are in a Toy Story movie. If you are traveling with family it’s a great place to stay.

Great hotel. Very clean. Staff very attentive and polite. Free snacks, cakes hot dogs ect. Brilliant decor with Disney and universal figures everywhere. Have been to Disney many times and wish there hotels were as good as this. Would definitely stay again. Slight drawback is that it is on main road so can be quite noisy with crazy Istanbul traffic.

Staff was kind, room was clean. Include free water bottles in the rooms and teas/ cakes and sweets in the lobby. As for non smoke room if you don't smoke.
