Under gennemsnittet
I booked a room at Riad Lalla Khadija, but when I arrived, they sent me to a different property instead of the one I had reserved. This was not what I booked or expected. To make matters worse, I also saw a rat at the property they moved me to, which was completely unacceptable and made me feel very uncomfortable.

Very nice staff. The rooms were the only downside, it is very hard to sleep since you hear everything from the reception area from your room.
