Fantastisk
A wonderful room with balconies. Fantastic roof pool. Excellent breakfasts. The host provided a map with suggested restaurants. Ideally located near to shops and ferry. We strongly recommend this place.

We booked the Aqua Suite on the second floor. Super quiet street, short walk to shops and restaurants. Suite was spacious and super clean. Liked the little balcony to sit out with a drink. We didn’t personally meet any staff, all was handled via WhatsApp messages. But they were very accommodating to our special requests. The only complaint: given the location in the old town, there is no public transport taking you there. The hotel arranged transport from the airport to the hotel for 30 Euros. A bit steep for the short distance. If you have it in you and travel light, it’s about a 12-15 minute walk to/from the train station. And there is a direct bus between the train station and the airport, for 1,20 Euros. Linea AP runs every 30 minutes…

We stayed here on our last night in Puglia, the apartment was close to the front and restaurants in Brindisi. The apartment was big, clean and comfortable. The pool area was also is lovely. Unfortunately the breakfast wasn’t great.

I would have rated this property higher except that when we were ready to leave for the airport at 6:30am, the elevator was not working. I had to carry two 70lb suite cases down 4 flights of stairs with minimal handrails. We are over 70 years old and it was challenging down a circular stairway.

Santo Stefano was a excellent property in a great location, with a beautifully designed reception area and apartments. There was no one on reception when we arrived but the access instructions were clear and the info/ support provided remotely was very helpful. Our apartment was very spacious and contemporary. The kitchen had all the basic equipment you'd need, including for washing up stuff was helpful. We were offered a choice of breakfast delivered to our room on the first morning. No choice on the second morning. The roof terrace and pool looks amazing on the internet however sadly we didn't get to see them. The Expedia website states the pool is available from 1 May - which is the reason we booked this property. However when we went to the roof terrace on the first day we found it to be locked. When I queried this with the property they said the pool isn't open until 30 May. This was hugely disappointing, and the property made no concession for providing incorrect information. If it wasn't for this, we would have given everything 5 stars!

Stayed 1 night at end of vacation as property is close to Brindisi airport. Great location very close to harbour, restaurants, etc. Very nice room and impeccably kept property.

Great modern apartment, huge sunny balcony, excellent location close to many bars and restaurants. The breakfast was lovely with a choice of sweet or savoury. The outdoor pool doesn’t open until 1st May but that wasn’t an issue for us. The hotel shuttle was really efficient and only took 10 mins to get to the apartment. Alessandro was really helpful.

An exceptional treasure hidden on a quiet street just a block from the main street and 300 meters from the waterfront promenade. The facility is brand new and the rooms are unexpectedly spacious. The proprietor was did everything she could to make our stay comfortable. One cannot find a better full service property. One word of caution: if driving, parking is a.challenge.
