Expedia response is not accurate. When message property they do not response. No proactive action of them informing on the check in procedure. Only when I whatapps using the contact number stated in Expedia, that number is for Penang. Only then they direct me to their Johor number. The unit I stayed in, toilet stinks, probably due to drainage issues.

Did not get to check in at all … host just not responsive and did not answer call and text … very disappointed …. As for this area very bad … the new KSK mall very small … complete walking the whole mall within an hour … many shop are not open yet … this will be a bad choice to stay

On the plus side, the apartment was very clean and spacious with a good view.
On the downside,there was no toaster for European travellers, also the small hotplate provided did not work.

The unit was great and has beautiful decor. Clean, neat and nicely furnished. Only thing is we did some light cooking and the kitchen does not have enough power points, although they provided adaptor. It became crowded with the electric appliances having to place or crowd near the adaptor. And not enough utensils like plates and bowls. They really provided based on the exact numbers e.g. the unit for 6 guests' stay, really only have 6 bowls, plates, cups etc...Also the communication from the property is a bit lacking. I did not receive my check-in details way before my stay date, on day of check-in, lucky managed to contact and finally do the check-in, if not won't be able to stay.
