Room was clean and bigger than the usual size in Japan. There’s a lounge area that provides free coffee and tea that’s open to all guests. Staff were polite and gave clear explanations. Most staff are fluent in Mandarin and there was a male staff who spoke fluent English. The hotel is also near to the Naka-Okachimachi station (Hibiya Line) (4-5mins walk) and the JR line (8-10mins walk).

This place was awesome! My brother and I have nothing but praise for the staff and the room quality. Hotel Paul House made our stay in Tokyo relaxing and easy.

The room is quite spacious as a Tokyo standard. The woody design gives a cozy atmosphere and the entire hotel is very clean. The staff are all friendly and have smile all the time. There are not many rooms in this boutique hotel, so really need to reserve in advance.

Everything was great. Staff were friendly and attentive. room was picture perfect and we were spoiled by the amenities. Cozy little place. This will be my choice accommodation the next time I am in Tokyo.

This hotel is clean with a modern Japanese taste. The room is spacious for my family of three. It’s very close to the train station and within walking distance to several popular districts. Will definitely stay there again!
