Fantastisk The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The hotel is in the heart of Tokyo nightlife, which may not be ideal for little children (especially since nightlife seems to extend to 8 in the morning. Nonetheless, the hotel itself is a quiet respite in a very busy area. It’s close to everything, especially Shinjuku station, shopping and dining. We enjoyed being able to move about easily at all hours.

Fantastisk I loved the location. Close to everything. The staff was absolutely amazing. So friendly and helpful. Their cafe was nice just wish there was a 24 hr option but there are a million places right outside. I would def stay here again.

Under gennemsnittet The rooms were extremely small. King (questionable) mattress on the floor. Absolutely no storage space. Included a welcome drink but we did not do this. We did not do the breakfast buffet although it looked nice. Nice touch to offer (small) water bottles, but the ice cubes were too big to fit.

Fantastisk This hotel was in the heart of downtown Shinjuku/Kabukicho and was walking distance from every eatery, entertainment, or train station you could think of! Definitely recommend. The staff is kind to travelers and very helpful. The hotel is very clean as well.

Under gennemsnittet The area that the hotel is located in is a bit seedy and not suitable for children. The room advertised was quite different to the room we had gotten (we were looking straight at a wall). Breakfast buffet was okay. Netflix also does not work on the TV so the only western options were Hulu or YouTube. Room cleaning was done well, air con was good and once inside the hotel it felt safe.
