Amazing place to stay! Close to the train station!! Food all around!! And a Don Q next door!! Thank you!!

super kind staff! made everything go smoothly.

I had to go back to the front desk to ask the staff to turn on the AC main switch; After that it was great. There were only 3 wash/dry combo laundry machines. They were consistently full, and the preset dry cycle doesn't dry very well. Only 1 has IC pay, the others require 100 yen coins.

Overall it was a lovely stay. We paid to have the breakfast buffet everyday and it was delicious. I liked the amenities and the location is great being by the train station. The room was a bit small and the bed wasn't super comfortable, but it was alright.

This hotel was really modern, clean and convenient. It’s very close to the train station of Takadanobaba, Family Mart, 7-11, Don Quijote, KFC, Mcdonald’s, Uniqlo, Lawson, and more which I didn’t expect when I booked it. There’s a restaurant inside the hotel that I didn’t try, but it was pretty busy throughout the days I stayed here. The AC was really great after a hot day and there was a slight smell to the bathroom but it wasn’t super bothersome as i just used it to shower and use the toilet and get out, there’s a lot of amenities near the elevator and a atm to exchange for yen, the exchange rate was not that bad out of $100, i got around $93. I don’t know whether or not there’s laundry at this place because i didn’t care to explore it but they have luggage delivery! I recommend this hotel but this was just my personal preference!

Rooms are clean and quiet. Water pressure in the shower is great. Staff are friendly. I didn’t eat the breakfast because the hotel is situated wonderfully close to grocery, cafes, restaurants, convenience stores and anything else you might need. Being fewer than 100 steps away from Takadanobaba station makes this my favourite hotel to stay at in Tokyo.

Great breakfast and location. Hotel was clean the entire time.

The room is very small. I reversed a room with two beds via Expedia, however, when I arrived at the hotel, we were told that the room was not available and we got the room with one full size bed. The room is extremely small.

This was our landing spot when first arriving in Japan. The location was very convenient to public transportation as well as eating spots and shopping. The property was clean, the amenities were the best offered by far and the staff was very helpful when needed, especially with the luggage forwarding option. We would stay here again, but maybe upgrade to a larger room.

The laundry is reliable as long as you don’t go over the weight and the staff are extremely helpful. The room is somewhat clean and definitely great location.
