great place to stay, family friendly and you can reserve the onsen for an hour a day

The hotel staff is very nice and the onsen is definitely the highlight. The room was quite spacious and the food was great! What really is a shame is the location, very far uphill that is very hard to do on foot and the shuttle provided has limited timetable.

very scenic place for onsen and sight seeing. the location is walkable from the Hakone-Yumoto train station but you can arrange for pick up once you reach the train station. Enjoyed the dinner and breakfast too.

四季之湯很好，食物很日式，也美味。環境寧靜，人員禮貌。但Klook的價錢不透明，訂單的價錢寫明包早晚餐，人客便一心以為是很多評論推介的日式料理，但到達時被告知晚餐是拉面，不是日式晚餐。旅館人員說之前也發生過，有些agent祇訂了拉麵餐。其後經過溝通，加了錢，才能吃到正宗日式料理。Klook 應在價錢上說明，拉麵餐是什麼價，日式餐是什麼價，由客人選擇，免到達時才知道，影響遊興。

this was a an extremely excellent experience but I could not recommend you book through klook as they failed to provide any of the access codes needed to check-in fortunately we managed to sneak in with another group so we were able to contract staff to get assistance we our check in.
