This trip was so wonderful! Andy and Chris were very helpful throughout the entire tour. They took great care of us, made sure everything went smoothly and safely, and even helped us take lots of photos. Everything was well organized and always on time. My wife and I were very happy to join this tour, and we really enjoyed the whole experience. Thank you, Andy and Chris, for making this trip so memorable! Highly recommended! ❤️

What a fantastic day heading to Grand Canyon seeing a beautiful sunrise and took amazing pictures in Antelope. It’s really great to meet with tour guide Andy and Saki who are very nice and it’s appreciated they help us to take pretty photos . Have a nice day:)

Jeg havde en guide, der talte både mandarin/kinesisk og engelsk. Da de andre 11 personer i gruppen alle talte engelsk, bad jeg ham om at introducere alt på engelsk. Hans engelsk var ikke svært at forstå; en gennemsnitlig engelskkundskab ville være tilstrækkelig. Dog bekræftede guiden også visse ting med mig på kinesisk. Han forklarede seværdighederne og den historiske baggrund langs ruten meget tydeligt. Da jeg havde et fly, der afgik samme aften, vil jeg anbefale denne halvdagsudflugt til dem, der har andre aktiviteter planlagt i Las Vegas om aftenen.

Ordering was intuitive and convenient. The original Chinese tour I booked was canceled due to insufficient participants, but the travel agency notified me in advance and responded promptly when I reconfirmed, which put my mind at ease and gave me time to make alternative arrangements. Later, I booked the same itinerary, just switching from a Chinese-speaking group to an English-speaking one. This travel agency (MAX TOUR) is very well-organized; they sent out detailed pickup and meeting point information the day before the activity. They were punctual, polite, and well-prepared with supplies. Chad, our guide and driver, took meticulous care of every group member, drove smoothly and safely, and provided professional and humorous commentary about the sights along the way (even though my English isn't great, the relaxed atmosphere in the car and frequent laughter gave me a good sense of it). Time management was excellent; he also made sure to schedule stops for everyone to stretch, rest, and use the restroom. After the activity, he dropped off group members at their hotels one by one. The entire trip was very comfortable.

The MaxTour trip was systematic and the tour guide Ms Robyn is one of the best, she’s nice, knowledgeable and most of all drives smoothly.
