Ting at lave i Hengchun

Shuangliu National Park offers a waterfall trail approximately 4 kilometers long. The impressive waterfall makes it a great place to escape the summer heat and enjoy a hike. During our island-wide trip, Taitung was incredibly hot, so we stopped at this attraction for a visit and found it very refreshing. It's highly recommended.

Because the tide time was at 2:00 PM, but we wanted to plan an evening itinerary, we changed it to a night tour to see sika deer. We saw so many of them and were completely amazed! The whole tour took close to three hours, but mostly we were in the vehicle and didn't need to walk around much.

Today, it was just our family of four and an elderly couple on the tour. However, the staff's detailed explanations and enthusiastic service made this trip incredibly satisfying. If possible, I would definitely participate in this activity again in the future.

Instruktøren forklarede alt meget omhyggeligt, hvilket var en fantastisk oplevelse for os, der snorklede for første gang. Børnene hyggede sig også og udbrød konstant af begejstring over det rige og varierede havliv – og vi var så heldige at se en grøn havskildpadde!

The instructor was very patient and friendly, explaining in detail how to use the SUP. We didn't need to exert much effort while snorkeling either. The entire experience lasted over three hours, and I highly recommend it to everyone visiting Kenting!

The service was friendly and I was able to use translation apps to communicate. The facilities were somewhat dated, but once you get comfortable in the hot springs you will forget all about it!

Parkeringsgebyret 🅿️ er ekstra, 50 kr. pr. gang. Der er spiseområder over det hele i bygningen, hvor du kan medbringe din egen mad eller købe noget at spise i museets restaurant eller boder! Museet har meget at byde på og har også en aktivitetsplan, som man kan følge. Børnene havde en dejlig dag, og det anbefales at afsætte omkring 4-5 timer til besøget!

Such a great experience, lovely and passionate people running the tour and despite the language barrier they were very patient, attentive and friendly. The instructor initially pulls you around when you are attatched to a float to show you to the reef and make sure you can use your snorkling equipment correctly; then you are able to explore for yourself. So many beautiful fish, not invasive to the environment (marine protected area) and a highlight was seeing a turtle. They even take a few pictures for you and upload to their Facebook for you to download.
