Ting at lave i Kualoa Ranch

Havde en god tid på Koalua Ranch takket være Amelia, vores guide, og Val. Vejret, da vi var der, var solrigt, skyet og regnfuldt, hvilket bidrog til eventyret. Landskabet og historierne bag det er fantastiske. Et must-do, når man er på Hawaii.

Jeg elskede udsigten og alt ved sættet. Men turen var lidt for forhastet. Jeg synes, vi havde brug for mere tid til billeder og/eller i det mindste til at nyde alt på turen. For ikke alle er så privilegerede, at de kan gentage den samme tur. VI-HAR-BRUG-FOR-TID... det er en tur. Åh, og vi startede sent. Det var derfor. Tsk tsk. Rejselederen var dog fantastisk. Han var humoristisk og vidende. Bare i et kapløb.

Spectacular scenary with fresh air. Our guide Dominic was super cool and awesome who explained so many thongs about not only the ranch but also Hawaiian cultures. My wifr and i enjoyed the tour a lot and the guide doubled it. definately recommend it!

Et absolut must for filmentusiaster, der tilbyder en imponerende, ujævn og utrolig nostalgisk tur gennem de ikoniske, filmiske landskaber i "Jurassic Valley".

The tour guide was very lively and positive, and didn't pressure us for tips (though it's still polite to give one, of course). After arriving at the parking lot, we first went past the souvenir shop building to exchange our tickets, use the restroom, then waited at the designated spot, and checked in again before boarding the vehicle. Arriving early is necessary.

Initially, the bus arrived 15 minutes late to the meeting point, but that was my only moment of anxiety. The free malasadas, the magnificent nature and scenery, Dole Plantation, seeing sea turtles while snorkeling, the exquisite garlic shrimp, and the Jurassic Park filming locations—everything was so packed that 10 hours flew by in an instant. Our tour guide, Dirk, seemed to have been an English teacher in Tokyo, so he was fluent in Japanese. Since everyone else in our group was foreign, the tour was conducted entirely in English, but when he spoke to us, he used fluent Japanese. He was so proficient that he could even crack jokes in Japanese. This was my first time in Hawaii, and I'm already planning to go back soon.

The Guide John W. (David) was FANTASTIC! We learnt a lot from him, as he told us a lot about Hawaii during the tour. The tour finished early at 3.30pm, so clearly it was possible to add quick 5-minute photo stops for some of the places we only drove past. It is sad that there are too many drive past sights
