Ein absolut fantastischer Aufenthalt! Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Mt. Fuji und das Glück, die Bergspitze perfekt zu sehen. Die Lage des Hotels ist einfach die beste: direkt am See, der Oishi-Park liegt direkt davor und das günstige, aber sehr empfehlenswerte Gem Museum ist gleich nebenan. Wir sind viel um den See herumgewandert – die Lage ist dafür ideal.
Die Mitarbeiter sind super nett und der kostenlose Hotel-Shuttle ist ein toller Service. Die Zimmer im japanischen Stil sind sehr groß. Sie sind zwar ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber absolut sauber, praktisch und der Preis ist unschlagbar günstig. Auch das Onsen war nach den langen Spaziergängen eine pure Wohltat.
Wer keinen Luxus braucht, sondern eine tolle Aussicht und ein super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sucht, dem kann ich dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen!

位置很適中可以看到富士山，雖然這區會被遮住一部分，但反而很特別。房間很乾淨舒適，工作人員都很有禮貌很貼心，我隔天要搭早班9:16富士view觀光列車，旅館也特別安排專車在8:45出發，載我去河口湖車站。我是住面對旅館最右邊一間，所以視線被擋住比較多，但是看到有富士山也可以趕快衝下樓去湖畔邊拍攝啦～

出河口湖車站就有接駁巴士.到飯店約6分鐘很方便.服務人員態度非常好看到人都會打招呼房型有點小但不引響整體感覺早上也有附早餐！所以整體而言都很不錯

This was a wonderful place to slow down and enjoy the scenery! This hotel offers a traditional style buffet, public and private onsens, and areas for the kids and Otaku/manga lovers. We got the room with the private hot tub/onsen and it was well worth the cost! While there is no direct view of Mt. Fuji, you can get great views in town. There is a traditional tea house around the corner with a bento box and staff that speak english very well. Make an inquiry on their website to make a reservation as seating and availability may be limited. I am not a vegan, but this bento and red bean dango are something I would go back for. Areas close by for viewing (about an hours drive) are the Falls and the black egg. We went in the off season (early/mid June) and I was afraid we'd not get to see Mt. Fuji because of the rain. We were SUPER lucky and were able to see it on our way out of town. Within 20 minutes of us driving around it to the falls, it was obscured by clouds.
