This is a beautiful hotel with excellent value for money! We were upgraded to a lake-view superior room at a very reasonable price. As a member, we also got a discounted breakfast and a late checkout! The location is also very convenient, right next to the ski resort and water park, offering everything you need for dining, shopping, and entertainment!

Our flight arrived at Guangzhou Baiyun Airport at 11:45 PM, so we chose to stay at the Novotel Hotel near the airport for the night. To get to the hotel from the airport, you can take the hotel's shuttle bus, which runs every half hour. After clearing immigration, take the elevator to the 3rd floor, exit through Gate 46, and the bus stop is right there. Our room was on the top floor, offering an open view, and we slept very comfortably that night.

Great location, right across from the ski mall. The service was excellent; they met all our requests. Since I had children, I asked for a bed rail, and they provided multiple blankets and six extra pillows. The shower was a bit disappointing, but everything else was good. My room was spacious, and I specifically booked a large bed.
